We use your data to provide and improve the RubanTea service - generating reports, calculating farmer dues, and maintaining your account. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
4. Cookies
RubanTea uses cookies for session management and theme preference (light/dark). No advertising cookies are used.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Razorpay for subscription billing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data. We do not receive or store your card details.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation. You may request early deletion by contacting support.
