1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using RubanTea, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
RubanTea is a software-as-a-service platform for green leaf agents in the Nilgiris region to manage farmer weighments, collections, and factory dispatches.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use RubanTea only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harm the platform or other users.
6. Data Ownership
You own the data you enter into RubanTea. We process it only to provide you the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
RubanTea and Ruban Softwares are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Trichy, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of RubanTea after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
